Located in the Armazém do Mercado, the Toy Museum was created in 2003 from a collection of toys belonging to architect José Manuel Borges Pereira and other collectors. It has around 20,000 toys from various countries (England, Portugal, France and Germany) on exhibit.

Visitors can see everything from miniature cars and motorcycles to action figures from films like Star Wars, and even board games.

This large collection dates from the late 19th century to the present.
