    Madeira International Airport, located in the city of Santa Cruz is the main gateway to the region. Currently, the airport receives daily visits from various airlines operating in our continent, with direct flights from major European cities.

    The airport runway is an impressive engineering work that deserves to be appreciated. Nearby the Madeira Airport, there is available public transport if you want to go to the Funchal in either taxi, shuttle and bus.

    The journey between the airport and Funchal City takes about 30 minutes.
